We mainly undertake general contracting projects (EPC, EMC, BOT projects) for the design, equipment procurement, civil construction, and commissioning of domestic thermal power plant projects. We have a marketing department, project implementation department, engineering procurement department, finance department, and comprehensive department.

The company has a third level qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction, and can undertake the overall construction of units with a single capacity of 100MW and below, 110KV and below power transmission lines, and substations with the same voltage level. The power professional design institute it belongs to, Qingdao Jieneng Power Design Co., Ltd., has a Class B qualification for engineering design in the power industry (thermal power generation), a Class B qualification for engineering design in the construction industry (building engineering), and Class B qualifications for pressure pipeline design GB2, GC2, GD2, and engineering consulting. It can undertake the preparation of feasibility study reports, preliminary design, and construction drawing design for thermal power generation with a single unit capacity of 135MW and below, and has strong comprehensive strength in power station construction.
